Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team for the night shift. The role offers a stable schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a steady set of shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, fostering teamwork and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Provide guidance and support to STNAs during the shift.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
