Emporia Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct nursing care and to supervise LPNs and nursing assistants in a faith-based, not-for-profit community. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, adherence to regulations, and a culture of learning and growth.

The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $36 for RN, with weekend differential under our PREMIUM PAY PLAN, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care community or other related health care facility and geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.

Responsabilités

• A Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Supervision must align with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
