Job summary

High Point Residence Kankakee is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our supportive living and memory care nursing team. You will provide resident-centered care, work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the care team to support health and well-being in a memory care community.

You will conduct health assessments, administer medications, document progress, and collaborate to meet resident care goals while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every Other Weekend Availability Required

About the Role

High Point Residence Kankakee is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care within our supportive living and memory care community. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and our care team to support each resident’s health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident health assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care, supportive living, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing
