Job summary

HopeWest is seeking an RN/LPN to join the Hospice Float team in Grand Junction. This part-time position covers 7:00am–7:00pm shifts with weekend coverage as needed, providing flexible clinical support across hospice teams to ensure continuity of care for patients and families.

• Must have unrestricted RN license intheStateof Colorado
