Job summary

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center in Brandon, FL is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join the evening leadership team. You will oversee nursing operations, support staff, and ensure high‑quality resident care in a collaborative environment.

The role partners with the DON/ADON, ensures regulatory compliance, mentors nursing staff, and promotes best practices. This is a full‑time position with a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care nursing experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
