Qualifications

• Current, active Iowa RN or LPN license.
• Completion of an approved nursing education program.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Monitor health and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with assessments and care planning under supervision.
• Document accurately and maintain resident safety.
