• Graduation from an approved LPN or Associate Degree Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Receives shift report and communicates to onward shift.
• Reviews physician orders at the start of each shift.
• Monitors resident responses to medications and treatments.
• Maintains medication cart and ensures proper storage and expiration dates.
• Conducts head-to-toe assessments for Medicare skilled residents each shift.
• Documents events and status changes in the resident chart.

Education
