Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Practical or Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Graduate of an approved LPN or ADN program.
• Experience supervising nursing aides and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervises care delivery by Aides and ensures plans of care are followed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; monitors resident responses.
• Reviews physician orders and documents in Point Click Care or equivalent system.
• Communicates with physicians, families, and other staff about resident changes.
• Participates in disaster preparedness and infection control activities.
