The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an unrestricted license is required.

• Experience coordinating and providing nursing care to residents.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and other staff; document orders and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care and services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit and ensure staff competency.
• Provide safe medication interventions and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and implement plan of care based on assessments.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
