Job summary

MaineGeneral is actively hiring an RN or LPN to join Gray Birch in Augusta. This part-time role offers a base of 36 hours per week with day shifts (7am–7pm) and a $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified nurses.

You will deliver resident-centered care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support families and caregivers in a warm, supportive environment. Eligible candidates hold an active Maine RN or LPN license (or can obtain promptly).

Qualifications

• Active State of Maine RN or LPN license (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Experience: at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Open to all experience levels; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care, ensuring meaningful interactions for residents.
• Provide education, emotional support, and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers.
