Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.
• RNAC or LNAC experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania OR Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and mentor nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident assessments and the RAI process per regulations.
• Maintain QA programs and monitor QI/QM reports.
• Serve as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections.
• Deliver education on resident assessment and care planning.
