Westminster Village in Bloomington, IL is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our 96-bed Health Center. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document resident records.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in good standing of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Working knowledge of geriatric or skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; assist with therapies such as infusion, PICC, wound care.
• Perform admissions with assessments and documentation for residents.
• Participate in care planning and maintain accuracy of care plans.
• Observe and enforce infection control measures and patient confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies and perform other duties as assigned.
