Regal Care in Greenfield, MA, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 3-11 Supervisor, Monday thorugh Friday with oncall responsibilties. In this critical role, you will oversee the evening shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
• CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
