Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking an LPN/RN Evening Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care Monday through Friday in our Greenfield, MA facility. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Current LPN licensure (or RN) and CPR certification are required. Strong communication with families and care teams, plus documentation accuracy, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN licensure with active CPR certification.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating nursing care is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and communicate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including meds administration and vital signs.
