Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, their families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope and competence.
