Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN at our Fentress County facility in Tennessee to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity.

Sign-on bonuses of $7,000 for day shifts and $10,000 for night shifts are available. A valid LPN/LVN license, CPR/BLS preferred, and experience in long-term care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and document changes and plan care with the team.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in QA activities, staff education, and surveys as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
