Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care – The Lodge in Heber City, UT is seeking licensed nurses (RN or LPN) to join our care team. The role focuses on delivering nursing care, assessing resident needs, and coordinating with CNAs and staff within a nursing unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Utah.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
