Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Utah
- Ability to assess and meet resident needs
- Ability to make independent clinical decisions
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations for long-term care
- Effective communication and teamwork in a care setting
- Basic computer and email skills
- Strong writing and oral communication
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Positive, cooperative approach with residents and families
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit
- Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans
- Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff in care delivery
