Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement resident needs to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide input and updates on resident care plan and ensure care plan is followed.
• Administer and monitor medications per facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with medical staff to ensure prompt, quality care and carry out physician orders.
