Little Falls Health Services seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Day shift offers a mixture of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period, every other weekend. Base pay range: $43.54–$47.61 DOE. On-site in Little Falls, MN.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing.
• RN License
• CPR Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
• Complete assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
