Hendricks Community Hospital Association is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Hendricks, MN. This long-term care role requires the ability to assess and plan resident care, administer medications, and collaborate closely with medical staff.

Starting wage is $27.10 per hour, with day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., plus weekend/holiday rotation and shift differentials. New grads welcome; student loan reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an LPN in Minnesota.
• Previous geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Responsible for assessing, planning and implementing resident needs ensuring quality resident care.
• Provides input and updates on resident care plans.
• Obtains, administers and monitors medications per policies.
• Communicates with medical staff to ensure prompt quality care and carries out physician orders.
