Good Samaritan in Rapid City, SD is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across resident care. The role involves collaborating with residents, families, and a wide inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The ideal candidate will hold an unencumbered RN license with the state and preferably a Bachelor’s in Nursing, with strong competency in patient care and education.

Formación

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team and families.
• Coordinate care, resident education and outcomes.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately.
