Job summary

Good Samaritan Lakota is a not-for-profit provider delivering senior care with a compassionate Christian environment. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care with inter-disciplinary colleagues.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, educating residents and families, and delegating tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff as appropriate.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduates from CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and supervise delegated tasks within scope of practice.
