Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to plan and deliver nursing care in a long-term care or rehabilitative setting. The role requires adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies, with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care.

You will collaborate with the care team to implement care plans, monitor patient status, and educate residents and families. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to apply nursing judgement and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Follow Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family members.
• Document assessments, plans, and responses accurately and timely.
• Initiate emergency procedures and ensure resident safety.
• Provide education to residents and families about care plans.
