Caring Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to plan and deliver nursing care for residents in a long-term or rehabilitative setting. The role requires adherence to the Nurse Practice Act, policies, and patient rights, with responsibilities for assessment, care planning, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will provide education to patients and families, supervise other nursing staff, and respond effectively to emergencies. Rotation shifts, holidays and weekends are included.

Formación

• Graduate of basic education program in professional nursing.
• Must be licensed/eligible to practice nursing in the state of Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, administer and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Assess, plan and evaluate patient care needs.
• Deliver nursing care per Act and facility policies.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient rights.
• Provide education to patient, family and caregivers.
• Respond to emergencies including CPR when needed.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure quality standards.
