Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs with dignity and compassion.

New grads encouraged to apply. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour applies for evenings and nights. Excellent teamwork and ongoing RN training are provided.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state where you work.
• Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of an RN team.
• Monitor residents, perform assessments, and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR.
• Ensure a safe, clean, therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other staff.
