Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care and participate in rehabilitation plans.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong geriatric care skills. Evening/night shifts with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
