Bethesda Health Group in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess residents, plan care with an interdisciplinary team, and document changes accurately. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and communicate with residents and families using SBARR.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in RN.
• Current RN license in the state of employment (Missouri).
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must possess critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift/push/pull as needed.
• Ability to document accurately electronically and on paper.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing.
• Develops dynamic care plans with IDT including physicians, residents, and families.
• Documents care plans and changes, including cognition and regulatory needs.
• Identifies nursing interventions, orders, and education needs for residents.
• Administers medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely.
• Communicates changes to the IDT using SBARR when necessary.
• Monitors plan delivery and uses QAPI for problem resolution.
• Assists with ADLs and call lights; supports crisis management.
