Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in a long-term care facility in Scarborough, ME. This role prioritizes compassionate, patient‑centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor health, administer medications, educate residents and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents.
• Monitor health status and administer prescribed medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Document care activities accurately and ensure policy compliance.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health management.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
