Journey is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Saint Albans, WV. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the Care Team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. We offer competitive pay and professional development in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Promotes holistic care for residents using the nursing model.
• Ensures policy and procedure compliance by nursing staff.
• Participates in admission, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Assesses changes in residents' status and documents accordingly.
