Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Promote holistic care following nursing model and facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures by nursing staff.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and resident transfers as needed.
• Assess changes in residents’ status and inform physician and family.
• Transcribe physician orders and carry them out as written.
