Journey Healthcare in Morgantown, WV is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, guiding a care team to deliver high-quality services at our facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and CPR certification, with a passion for compassionate patient care and collaboration with physicians, residents, and families.

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.

Mansioni

• Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Promote holistic care following nursing model and facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures by nursing staff.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and resident transfers as needed.
• Assess changes in residents’ status and inform physician and family.
• Transcribe physician orders and carry them out as written.
