Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• English proficiency for clear documentation and patient safety.
• Health screenings incl. TST per state guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Perform holistic nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care and discharge planning.
• Mentor and onboard nursing staff.
• Maintain PCC/EHR documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
