Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. Requires active NE or compact RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of RN experience. A valid driver’s license and two professional references are required.

The position offers a 14-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week and an overnight, 12-hour shift schedule. Local placements are available within an 80-mile radius with adjusted rates for locals; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NE or compact) is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in relevant setting.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two professional references with expiry details.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute care in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility unit.
• Use PCC as the charting system.
• 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:00pm to 6:30am.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
• 14-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
• Provide nursing care to residents in LTC/SNF.
• Must reside within an 80-mile radius for local placement.
• Local candidates accepted at adjusted rate.
