Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for residents, according to their individualized needs, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team and supervises the nursing care provided.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
2. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
3. American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
4. Criminal background check in compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1 year of experience in long-term care.
