RN - Long Term Care

Altius Search Group is an executive recruiting firm specializing in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on Senior Care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with knowledge of long-term care and leadership experience for one of our key clients. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate, teach, and mentor staff at all levels in our client's long-term care facilities. These facilities include Post-Acute Rehab, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation Services, and Home Health Care.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. 5+ years of nursing experience in long-term care
2. Active RN license in the state of Oregon
3. Leadership experience or background in education preferred
4. Sound knowledge and experience with:

• SNF/LTC background in both RCM and DNS positions
• Strong performance history within previous organizations
• Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Regulations, MDS/RAI process, and PDPM payment requirements
• Experience with survey processes and management
