Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healing Center in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and implement individualized care plans in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with a competitive hourly salary range of $45.00–$50.00, daily pay options, and benefits including tuition reimbursement, health/dental coverage, 401(k) with match, shift differentials, and life insurance.

Formación

• Active NJ RN license (unencumbered).
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care per the physician's plan of treatment and plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
