Crossbridge Hospice, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Clinical Operations who will serve as a registered nurse overseeing hospice clinical personnel to ensure high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• Two years or more of supervisory/administrative experience managing clinical teams.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and support staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff education.
• Oversee reporting, documentation, budgeting, and program evaluations.
• Coordinate IDG, QAPI, and Governing Body meetings.
• Maintain a safe, well-run office environment.
• Support growth strategy, staffing needs, and community outreach.
• Review CMS and internal standards performance metrics.
• Manage volunteers and onboarding.
