Job summary

St. Luke’s Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year RN experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/NRP encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform ongoing condition assessments.
• Plan, direct, and document patient care and discharge plans.
• Implement treatments and monitor responses; ensure patient safety.
• Reassess patients and adjust care as needed; notify physicians of changes.
• Provide Bedside Shift Report and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and adhere to safety protocols.
