Job summary

St. Luke’s Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct assessments, perform procedures, and implement patient care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing or higher, at least one year of RN experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher is required.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) and advanced life support certifications.
• TX RN license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care across the care continuum.
• Plan, implement, and document the plan of care with the team.
• Prepare patients for treatments and notify physicians of changes.
• Reassess and adjust care per patient needs and safety protocols.
• Give and receive bedside reports to ensure continuity of care.
