Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Woodlands hospital to provide compassionate, high‑quality care across the patient’s journey. You will perform comprehensive assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

This role requires an ADN, TX RN license, and CPR/ACLS certifications, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus eligible. Work is on site in Texas with hospital‑level safety and patient‑centered care as a priority.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license at hire and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment; notify changes to provider.
• Planning: design and document care plan and discharge goals.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments; ensure safety and report changes.
• Evaluation: reassess after interventions and adjust care.
• Report skills: bedside shift reporting with family participation.
• Environment and safety: maintain safe, clean, and compliant care spaces.
