Job summary

Johnson Memorial Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility in Minnesota. You will assess residents, participate in care planning, document accurately, and supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The position requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and excellent communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team; night and weekend differential pay is available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Must possess or be eligible for Minnesota RN license; NCLEX-RN or CGFNS certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate safe, competent nursing care.
• Assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and document accurately.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and TMAs; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and monitor clinical indicators.
• Maintain infection control and quality assurance practices.
