Job summary

Sanford Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

This part-time evening shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) includes rotating weekends and holidays; requires Minnesota RN license and a preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing. A sign-on bonus is offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and education across shifts and staff, ensuring safety and quality.
