The Laurels of Heath in Heath, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts (Days 7am–7pm and Nights 7pm–7am). You will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• 1–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education for residents.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Assess residents’ health and notify physicians of changes; implement new orders.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessments.
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications.
• Contribute to assessments (MDS/CAA) and care planning.
