Job summary

The Laurels of Chatham in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for 7A–7P or 7P–7A shifts. A $15,000 retention bonus is offered along with a competitive wage scale and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K with matching funds and generous PTO.

As an RN you will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care to seniors.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care services and health education for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and other team members providing guest care.
• Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guest health and communicate changes to physicians; implement orders promptly.
• Contribute to care planning and stabilization of residents' conditions.
