Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with NC Board of Nursing license.
- CPR certification renewed annually.
- Geriatric nursing experience and genuine interest.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care per physician orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as ordered and documented.
- Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds and patient examinations.
- Maintain infection control and universal precautions.
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
- Assist with admissions, scheduling, and annual physicals.
- Support research related to quality of nursing care as assigned.
- Coordinate with families, other departments, and attending physicians.
