Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical care in an Assisted Living community. The RN will assess residents, coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies to promote safety and quality of life.

Essential duties include comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, medication oversight, and staff coaching. Applicants should hold an Oregon RN license, BSN or higher, CPR, and have geriatrics experience

Qualifications

Current unrestricted RN license in Oregon.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR certification.
Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, SNF, home health, hospice, or geriatrics preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, and clinical reviews.
Assess resident physical, cognitive, behavioral, psychosocial, and functional status.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and initiate interventions.
Participate in admission assessments, re-assessments, and service planning.
Review medication orders and treatment instructions for accuracy.
Delegate nursing tasks when permitted under state regulations.
Monitor resident incidents, falls, injuries, and hospital transfers.
Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely.
