Job summary

InterMed in Maine is seeking an RN Lead to provide clinical oversight and direct patient care in the procedure suite. You will serve as a primary contact for clinical colleagues and onsite providers, guiding workflow and operational questions.

The role requires active RN licensure in Maine, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Leadership, collaboration with the ASC Nurse Manager, and a focus on safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited institution.
• Unencumbered active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maine and BLS.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to patients undergoing procedures in the procedure suite.
• Assist with procedures as determined by the physician.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergency events per policies.
• Perform pre-procedure screenings and provide instructions to patients.
• Coordinate scheduling adjustments and supply management.
• Develop workflows with the ASC Nurse Manager to improve performance.
