Job summary

Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is seeking an experienced RN Lead to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care. You will guide nursing and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes in line with policies and standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license in Wisconsin, BLS certification, and at least five years of clinical nursing experience including precepting.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with state license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Typically 5 years of clinical nursing experience including precepting.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of patient care through the nursing process.
• Guide nursing and clinical support staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to improve patient safety and care.
