Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN in progress or plan to pursue within three years of hire.
• Current RN license to work in New Jersey.
• Six months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patient population as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and support services; delegate and supervise tasks to other caregivers.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and document actions using electronic health records.
• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
