Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years of hire.
• Current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and support services.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments and data collection.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Assist with multi-disciplinary patient discharges and transitions of care.
